There was a period in my life when I was going through a very stressful situation in my life which had a negative impact on my health. As soon as I called Dr. Shekhar he was able to schedule an appointment on short notice and did the consultation. Immediately after the consultation he performed Shirodhara and svedana which helped me to alleviate some of my stress to an extent. Additionally, he put me on an ayurvedic prescription that helped me with issues related to my sleep and gut health as well. There is no doubt that Dr.Shekhar would be a good choice if you have a chronic health issue.
