Dosha benefits: Vata
Ingredients:
- Soybean flour 2 cups
- Wheat flour 1 cup
- Water 1 cup
- Rock salt ¼ tsp
- Oil 1 tsp
Recipe:
- Mix both the Soyabean and Wheat flours together.
- Add salt, oil, and water. Mix until it forms a soft dough.
- Flatten the dough into thin cakes using a rolling pin and heat over fire in a pan until cooked.
