The Tulsi Turmeric Ginger tea is rich, deep, and full bodied; for me it is a jewel of a find in Publix market. Am grateful.

We found larvae infestation in the Organic India Tulsi and Ginger loose tea we bought back with us. They were all in date and packaging seal was in tact as far as we could tell. Before complaining here we have tried to reach the company via their customer service email providing them with the product batch numbers and relevant photographs but to no avail. I hope this complaint is taken on board and the quality control process is reviewed.
