Dr Garcha is a qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Reiki Master Healer/Teacher, Intuitive Guide and Spiritual Director in training. She has a passion for healing and educating. She loves to empower women with knowledge and tools to transmute their pain – physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. She uses the various skills she has honed over the years intuitively to help women feel physically fit, mentally sharp and emotionally balanced so that they can meet the divine within. She loves to guide these women who feel lost and confused with life back home to their hearts. She brings together 18+ years of experience in Ayurveda, Reiki and intuitive healing to empower her clients physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Her vision and purpose are to make the healing go viral.
"I am passionate about Ayurveda and love to see it work its magic on people who embrace it. I have seen amazing transformations in people undergoing treatments. People disappointed with modern medicine often find relief in this 5000 years old wisdom that all encompasses the human life. I love to see its evident workings on the physical body and subtle workings on human mind. I love to study the scriptures and gather their inherent deep secrets and correlate them with science. It interests me greatly to research and discover ayurvedic treatments for lifestyle diseases and those for which modern medicine has not yet found a cure. I listen to the words of the client and to the language of their bodies and try to work out the best advice for them. With my 18 years of experience in panchkarma I reflect on the truth of ancient texts bringing forth the affect changes of seasons have on our bodies and how even seemingly healthy people also need to get themselves serviced (after all human body is also a machine) regularly. No matter where you are from, what point in your lifespan, you will definitely benefit from diet and lifestyle ayurvedic advice. I’ve worked in the field of infertility and managing women’s diseases through Ayurveda. It’s a relief to know that we have an alternative to all the hormonal and invasive therapies being adopted commonly.
