I wanted to share our experience with Santhigram. My dad was going through severe pain all through his legs and arms. Starting from the first visit to the very last appointment....the entire staff gave the most amazing experience. My dad kept on raving about how well educated they were and how well they took care of him. I would highly recommend everyone to take their time to visit the clinic and give them a chance. I graciously appreciate everything that they've done for my dad. Thank you once again!!!

When I went to Doctor Lakshmi, I was in total pain but she patiently took time to listen to my problem and in no time she diagnosed and gave me medicine. And I don't believe that in 1 month I am feeling so good. I think the confidence with which she treated, half of my problem was gone and half of it will be gone through the medicines she prescribed me. I highly recommend this place to those who are trying to deal with their health issues.

My name Surraiya. I had a wonderful experience with Dr Lakshmi at Santhigram. I was suffering from several health issues which allopathic could not diagnose except Dr Lakshmi by Ayurvedic medicine. I had severe stomach pain and went to emergency they diagnosed that I had gallstones and they did my urgent surgery BUT I never get better and suffered for 6 months in same pain spend lots of money and I was in hell. Allopathic medicine messed up my whole body system because they couldn't figured it out my problem. I thought I am done I will die. But One day I just google ayurvedic clinic near me and found Santhigram and called the given number, Dr Lakshmi called me back and just heard my voice and gave me earliest appointment. When I went she checked my pulse talk to me, listen very carefully and her focused was on my pain and treatment. She started her ayurvedic medicine and which I am taking it religiously since 7 months. I don't have any words I am feeling way better than I was. She bring me back , she gave me life. Miracle happened I am alive today only because of Dr Lakshmi. Working in the hospital surrounding lots of allopathic medicine but I highly recommended Ayurvedic medicine and Dr Lakshmi at Santhigram, she knows what her patients needs and she work with them. Only be patience and follow her direction and take her medicine on time it works and No harm to other part of your body and you can feel better and better. My husband and my daughter are also her patient after they saw my recovery.

I went to Dr. Lakshmi after 1 month back pain which did not get resolved after trying number of things. She treated it in 1 weeks. I have strong belief in Ayurveda and the idea of treating the root cause and not just the symptoms. Dr. Lakshmi I listens thoroughly and is an experienced doctor. You can see this in her treatment plans, she gives Ayurvedic medicines and prescribes treatment based on the doshas. Since then I have recommended her to my brother, colleagues and friends. It’s a blessing to have her here in Houston.

We drove a couple of hours to get here and stayed overnight at a hotel just for this one appointment that we were of very high hopes. Totally disappointed with the level of service when we were onsite and the continuity of care post onsite visit. Lakshmi, the Ayurvedic practitioner, was constantly on her phone while acting as if she were attending to my wife’s pain issue and we could feel the level of disconnect and carelessness a mile away. We could feel that Lakshmi was just there to milk customers with her consultation fees and to recommend a couple of Ayurvedic medicines apparently out of which she will be making a cut as well. We’re not dumb people to just give away a 5 star for Lakshmi’s service just because she was smiling all along. Houston has tons of Ayurvedic practitioners/facilities where you can find a competent Ayurvedic professional who is very serious about their job and their customers. We came here based on the reviews that we saw but we would say that all those are just sugar coated and not realistic. We want Lakshmi to clearly understand and comprehend the fact that she has to be more serious about her job and work ethic and be more respectful for the time and money spent by Patients like us who are in continuous pain. If we go to an allopathic doctor we could easily get a prescription for a Tramadol/Neurontin, but we came to you because we trust and understand the long term healing benefits of Ayurveda and technically speaking you saw us just like any scapegoat patient out there. Talking about your post office encounter experience, we didn’t get any of the medicines that you said you will ship. It’s almost 2 months after our appointment with you and you have never responded/returned any of our calls/voicemails. This review should serve Lakshmi a notice to change her methodology/attitude and maybe more responsible for her job. If you are reading this, you should probably think 25 times before you visited Lakshmi and her business. Good luck.
