Yoga includes Yamas and Niyamas, Asana (movement/poses), Pranayama (breath-work), Pratyahara (with drawing senses), Dharana (concentration), Dhayana (meditation) and Samadhi (integration).
Ayurveda is a science of life, the oldest system of medicine, dating back over 5,000 years. Ayus means life (consisting of the body, mind, senses and soul) and Veda means knowledge or wisdom.
