Meghan’s love for health and holistic wellness began at an early age with an interest in nutrition and a love of movement. Her practice incorporates all aspects of the individual: mind, body and spirit.
Meghan’s mission is to help people feel better in their bodies and encourage them to live the healthiest life possible. Through Pilates, Yoga, Ayurveda and Bodywork, she will help the client increase strength, mobility and ease of movement as well as uplevel diet and daily routine for optimum health.
Meghan will listen to the client’s needs and goals, and create the best possible plan using her unique skill set to increase the health and well being of the client.
