I have been a patient of Vaidya Jay for over 9 years. My health, vitality, mind and spirit have never been stronger or as consistent. It is clearly evident that Vaida Jay has truly been born to be the incredible Ayurvedic Dr. that he is. His personal cultural history and path to Ayurveda helped him establish a strong foundation and extensive breadth of knowledge for educating patients on this very profound ancient system of natural healing. I recently completed a 7 week Panchakarma program under his guidance (with the support of his wonderful, amazing staff). I have never felt better in my entire life or felt more prepared to grow older physically or mentally. Vaidya Jay has helped set me on a path of enlightenment and has inspired me to live life in a manner that will provide me with great tools to live a long, healthy, beautiful life. Vaidya Jay is not only my Dr. but also my teacher who I am forever grateful for everyday.

I have been a patient of Vaidya Jay for 14 years. Vaidya Jay is a super star in my life! He has help me improve my heath when I was not supported by other systems of medicine, and has healed my body, when no other doctor could. Everyone I have sent to Vaidya Jay raves, including my man in the pic with me. I most highly recommend Vaidya Jay and the crew at AAIHC! Thank you!!

I am an Ayurvedic and Sri Lankan "Paramparika" (ancestral lineage) herbalist and chef. I have been and continue to live (as much as possible) a life based on the foundational wisdom of Ayurveda. With that said, in September of 2020, I went in to my western medicine doctor for a routine check up and my blood panel indicated very high levels of Cholesterol, which in my specific situation, was identified as a hereditary disease. I did not want to take the statin recommend and felt very confused and vulnerable because I had been diligently practicing my own ayurvedically informed life style and herbal preventative protocols for years. I felt very defeated. I had known about Vaidya Jayagopal for many years. In fact, I have prepared Ayurvedically balanced meals for many of his clients. I saw this moment as an opportunity to finally take the leap and go in for a consultation. Up until this point, all my ayurvedic consultations and treatments were done by Vaidyas in Sri Lanka. I am so grateful for the opportunity life provided. I went in for a consultation and began my herbal treatment and later my Pancha Karma (aspects of it) with Vaidya Jayagopal. He is extremely knowledgeable and most importantly has invaluable lived experience, years of it. To me experience and ancestral knowledge of indigenous medicine is everything. It is what differentiates the good practioners from those who are phenomenal; Vaidya Jayagopal is phenomenal. He has restored my passion for indigenous systems of medicine, such as Ayurveda. He has with kindness and compassion allowed me to be an advocate for my mental, physical and emotional well-being. The changes and treatments provided by him and his amazing staff, Melissa and Shatanya have provided me with what I needed to shift my levels of cholesterol by improving kidney function and calming my excessive "vata/vayu" elements. Most importantly, Vaidya Jayagopal exemplifies authenticity and integrity. I highly recommend Athreya Ayurvedic Integrative Health Center. I have been searching for this place for the last 5 years! After years of medications and hospitalizations, I finally had healed myself enough to feel stable and healthy. Yet there was still this nagging sensation that I wasn't totally done. Once I met Vaidya Jay I understood why. The depth of healing that is possible through Ayurveda, and specifically through Vaidya Jay, is unlike anything I have ever experienced before. Its not easy, but it is so clear to me that this is the way I can reset my body, my health, and my entire life. I am so grateful for the opportunity to be able to do so, and I highly recommend setting up an appointment if you're looking for real depth of change.

There was a time in the world when medicine was an art and required an artistic approach. Vaidya Jay is one of the few healers in the modern world who takes an artistic approach to each individual client with immense compassion, critical thinking and a wealth of knowledge. Vaidya Jay is a divine, angelic being brought by the Gods to earth to heal beings of the earthly plane. This is how I truly feel in his presence! He is the best Vaidya in the whole world.
