Rajesh Kanwar

Vaidya Rajesh Kanwar BAMS, (Gold Medalist) Masters in Ayurveda, Certified Yoga Instructor. Rajesh Kanwar is an Ayurveda expert, classically trained Vaidya. She post-graduated from the National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur, India, in 2013 with a degree in Ayurveda Dhanvantari–M.S. (Prasuti-Stri Roga). She is Gold Medalist in B.A.M.S. from Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurveda University, Jodhpur, India. She is a certified Yoga Instructor and got her certification in 2020 from Scottsdale Community College, Scottsdale, Arizona, U.S.A.

As an Ayurveda practitioner and Yoga instructor, She is a firm believer in health preservation by following the best practices of Ayurveda and Yoga. As a certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-200 Yoga ALLIANCE), I learned Yoga from experienced Iyengar Yoga Teachers. I am a certified Level 1 Iyengar Yoga Teacher.

Ayurveda and Yoga are sister science and complement each other well, they are the greatest gift to mankind. Currently, she is running a YouTube channel (Ayurveda Free Health Insurance) for spreading the awareness of authentic Ayurveda to share knowledge and empower ourselves to take control of our own health by following best practices of Ayurveda and Yoga in our daily life. Ayurveda known as holistic health system having individualize treatment approach for physical, mental, social and spiritual health. This channel is all about sharing authentic information on Ayurveda based on ancient Ayurvedic texts, experiences I gathered from my teachers and fellow ayurvedic practitioners and my own understanding and experiences in Ayurveda.
